At C&W Photography Real Estate Services, the safety of our photographers is our top priority. Weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, high winds, flooding, icy roads, or other hazardous conditions may make it unsafe to travel or photograph a property.
If an appointment must be canceled due to inclement weather, we will notify the client as soon as possible. In these situations, the appointment will be rescheduled to the first available date on our calendar.
While we make every effort to reschedule weather-affected appointments as close as possible to the original date, we can only guarantee the next available appointment.
Agents and clients are encouraged to monitor the weather forecast for their scheduled appointment. If the forecast does not look favorable, appointments may be rescheduled directly through the client dashboard 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.
We understand the importance of listing timelines and will always work diligently to minimize delays caused by weather. However, safety will never be compromised to meet a schedule.
